Cross Country 2020: Appeared in one meet for the Cougars in the fall... Placed 37th overall (26:52.42) at the AMC Cross Country Championships.

Outdoor 2019: Competed in five events for the Cougars... Set an 800m personal best of 2:36.59 at the Central Missouri Mule Relays.

Indoor 2018-19: Competed in four events for the Cougars... Was part of the 4x800m relay team who finished second (10:55) at the Missouri Intercollegiate... Was part of the 4x800m relay team that won the event (10:32), was part of the 4x400m relay team who placed fourth (4:28) and also placed fifth with a personal best in the 1000m (3:25) and sixth with a personal best in the 600m (1:50) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

Cross Country 2018: Competed in six events for the Cougars… Ran her best time of the season of 20:00 in the 5k at the NAIA Mid-States Classic… Placed 13th in the 5k (20:32) at the AMC Cross Country Championships… Ran a 5k time of 20:16 at the NAIA Cross Country Championships… Recognized as AMC Academic All-Conference.

Outdoor 2018: Appeared in four events for the Cougars… Ran a personal best time of 20:23.07 in the 5000m at the Wash U Invite... Set a personal record in the 1500m (5:26.30) at the Central Missouri Mule Relays... Placed fifth in the 5000m (20:30.45) at the AMC Outdoor Track & Field Championships… Named to AMC All-Academic Team.

Indoor 2017-18: Appeared in four events for the Cougars… Placed seventh in the 800m (2:36.30) and was a member of the DMR team that won the event (13:07.31) at the Snow Bird Open… Placed fifth in the mile (5:43.61) at the Central Missouri Mule Relays… Won the mile with a personal best time (5:31.78) and finished second and set a personal record in the 800m (2:32.05) at the AMC Indoor Track & Field Championships… Was named the AMC Indoor Track & Field Freshman of the Year.

Cross Country 2017: Appeared in six events for the Cougars… Made her collegiate debut (21:04) at the SBU Bearcat Invitational in the 5k… Set a personal record three mile time (20:12) at the Bradley Intercollegiate… Placed fifth at the AMC Cross Country Championships and set a personal best in the 5k (19:41)… Ran a 20:08 5k time at the NAIA Cross Country National Championships… Recognized as AMC All-Conference

Prep: 2017 graduate from Edwardsville High School.

Personal: Born on November 10th...Daughter of Dean and Kimberly...Siblings are Travis, Brittany, and Erin...Majoring in Nursing.

Fun Facts: Favorite all-time sports moment is winning conference by one point and going to nationals.
