After serving as a graduate assistant for Columbia College athletics for three years, Paige Smith enters her third year as the Assistant Sports Information Coordinator Fall 2025.
Smith earned her Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia College Spring 2023 before stepping into a full time role Fall 2023.
A 2019 graduate of William Woods University in Fulton, Mo., Smith earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Exercise Science. While at William Woods, she played on the Owls tennis team all four years. Smith and the Owls were ranked as high as No. 3 in the NAIA and consistently within the top-ten, with four NAIA National Championship appearances and four straight conference championships.
Smith was a Daktronics-NAIA Scholar-Athlete and was honored with the Arthur Ashe Leadership & Sportsmanship Award. She was named 1st Team All-Conference in doubles, and was ranked as high as #11 in the NAIA as an ITA doubles semifinalist.
Smith was also an All-State tennis player and four-year letter winner at Jefferson City High School, where she led the Jaybirds to three State Final Four appearances.
She spent four years coaching high school tennis, most recently serving as head coach at Hickman High School in Columbia, Mo.
