Box Score Hattiesburg, Miss. - The Columbia College women's soccer team lost a tough contest tonight as they fell to No. 9 ranked William Carey University 3-0. The Cougars drop to 0-2 on the season.

The Lady Crusaders out-shot the Cougars 20-7 and were able to find the back of the net three times in the second half in the 58^th, 71^st and 81^st minutes. The Cougars had their chances but just couldn't connect. Tori Magaletta posted two shots.

Flavia Rosado took the loss in goal for Columbia with 11 saves.

The Cougars will return to action on August 31^st when they host Avila University. Game time is set for 7:00 p.m. at R. Marvin Owens Soccer Stadium.
