Cougars Put Away Trojans

Box Score Columbia, Mo. – The Cougar men's basketball team hosted the Hannibal-LaGrange (Mo.) University Trojans this afternoon in a conference matchup. The Cougars were dominant the entire game defeating the Trojans 85-43 to move to 13-8 on the season and 8-5 in conference play.
 
The last time these two teams met, there were 15 lead changes. This time the Cougars didn't hold back taking control of the ball the entire half, outscoring the Trojans by 30 points.
 
Columbia stayed hot in the second half will excellent ball control that sent Hannibal-LaGrange home with the loss.

Four minutes into the first half Columbia went on a run, netting 26 points while holding Hannibal-LaGrange at just three points.
