The Scoring - Game 1
B1- (WPU) Started the game off by scoring from home run. (CC-0, WPU-1)
T3- (CC) Carli Buschjost started the Cougars off with a double to deep right. Mackenzie Kasarda was safe when she hit a sacrifice bunt bringing in Buschjost. Allison Keen hit a 2-run home run. Jaymi Freeman struck a single to shallow center to be in scoring position. Avgustina Arbova brought in Freeman with a single. (CC- 4, WPU-1)
T6- (CC) Buschjost connected for a deep double to center. Skyler Kauble made contact for a single to bring in Buschjost. (CC-5, WPU-1)
T7- (CC) Karolina Arbova singled down the left field line, and was brought home by a double from Avgustina Arbova. Samantha Myer singled to third and Avgustina Arbova was brought home by a single for Buschjost, who also scored Skyler Kauble singled and a sacrifice flied out by Keen brought in Kauble. (CC-9, WPU-1)
 
The Scoring - Game 2
T1- (EVAN) The Crusaders were able to get a runner on with a shallow single and were able to score her off of a double to deep left-center. (CC-0, EVAN-0)
B2-(CC) Kacy Bergfeld started the Cougars with a double to right. A sacrifice bunt by Karolina Arbova moved Bergfeld into scoring position for the sacrifice fly by Avgustina Arbova for her to score. (CC-1, EVAN-1)
T4- (EVAN) Evangel came out with a hit and three walks for loaded bases. Kami Holt came out for a grand slam to take the lead. (CC-1, EVAN-5)
B5- (CC) Allison Keen made it on base on fielder's choices, following Jacey Meyer reached on a walk both Cougars in scoring position. Bergfeld line to left scoring Keen. Karolina Arbova stepped up for a three run homer to tie the game. (CC-5, EVAN-5)
B6-(CC) Samantha Myers was safe due to a Crusader error and Myers scored off of a hard hit ball to right-center by Skyler Kauble. Mackenzie Kasarda crushed a two run homer over center field. Allison Keen singled to center and was forced out. (CC-8, EVAN- 5)

Game 1 Turning Point
The Cougar's had 10 more hits and seven more RBIs than William Penn.

Game 2 Turning Point
Karolina Arbova connected with the ball for a three-run home run to tie game. Mackenzie Kasarda crushed a two run home run for the lead.

Game 1 Individual Leaders
Lexi Dickerson (3-0) got the win, she had nine strike-outs, six hits and had no walks. Buschjost had three hits, three runs and an RBI. 

Game 2 Individual Leaders
Madison Ramsey (1-0) relieved Kaitlyn Nottelmann (4-0) and pitched 3.1. Ramsey had only two hits, one run, four strike outs and no base on balls. Kacy Bergfeld brought in two key runs with three hits.

Up Next
The Cougars will be back on the field when they travel to Gulf Shores, Alabama to compete in the Gulf Shores Invitational on Friday, March 6th to Sunday, March 8th. Their first game will be against the Thomas (Ga.) University Night Hawks. The first pitch will be thrown at 12:00 p.m.
