Columbia, Mo. - The Columbia College softball team swept Health Sciences & Pharmacy (Mo.) in a doubleheader on Saturday afternoon. The Cougars are now 14-5 overall and 2-0 in the AMC.

Avgustina Arbova scored the first run of the game on an RBI single from Kaylie Kaufman. Kacy Bergfeld and Kaufman came across the plate on a two-run single by Konnor Arrowood (CC 3, UHSP 0)

Carli Buschjost, Mackenzie Kasarda, Emily Dove and Avgustina Arbova scored runs for the Cougars, while Arbova and Bergfeld had RBI hits. (CC 7, UHSP 0)

Three straight hits to start the second led to the Cougars first run.

The Eutectics were threatening in the top of the fourth with runners on first and second, but a line out to short ended the threat. 

Game 1 Individual Leaders
Lexi Dickerson tossed her second no-hitter of the season. She walked one-hitter and struck out five. Avgustina Arbova and Kacy Bergfeld led the offense with two hits apiece, while Konnor Arrowood drove in two runs.  

Game 2 Individual Leaders
Alyssa Roll pitched 7.0 innings with seven strikeouts. Konnor Arrowood picked up two RBIs, and Taylor Barnes and Skyler Kauble recorded a multi-hit game with two hits each.
