Conway, Ark. – The Columbia College baseball team went 2-0 against Central Baptist (Ark.) on Saturday afternoon.
With the wins, the Cougars won the American Midwest Conference (AMC) Regular-Season Title and will be the No. 1-seed in the AMC Baseball tournament next week.

Game 1 Individual Leaders
Mark Haire went five innings on the mound for Columbia, allowing just one earned run on two hits. Tanner Beatty and Jimmy Layton went one inning each, giving up two total hits. The offense was led by Kellen Williamson, Kole Ficken and Kendrick Delima, with three hits each. Williamson drove in a game-high three runs
Game 2 Individual Leaders
Conner Darnell earned the win going 3.2 innings allowing no runs on two hits. Justin Randle recorded three hits, while Brad Prebay and Dalton Bealmer added two hits each. Randle drove in a game-high three RBIs.
