Columbia, Mo. - The 7th-ranked Cougars of Columbia College defeated the Mustangs of Central Baptist College today as three Cougar seniors were honored before the match.
Riley Porter,
Macie Lucas, and
Claire Innes were all recognized as seniors before the start of the match.
With the win, the Cougars have clinched their sixth consecutive American Midwest Conference Regular Season title. With a 13-1-1 overall record and a 6-0 mark in the AMC, the Cougars have one more match in the regular season when they travel to Williams Baptist University on Tuesday, October 29th.
Today, the Cougars out-shot the short-handed Mustangs 38-1 with 24 shots coming in the first and 14 in the second.
Seven different Columbia players notched goals in the win.
