Men's Lacrosse Season Recap

Columbia, MO - The Columbia College men's lacrosse team ended the 2025 season with a 6-8 overall record and a 6-3 mark in the Heart of America Athletic Conference (HAAC). 

Under first year Head Coach Billy Dineen, the Cougars cut off their slow start to the season and were winners of four in a row once conference play started, eventually ending conference play with a 6-3 record and securing the #5-seed for the conference tournament. 

Season Milestones
  • Advanced to the HAAC conference tournament before falling to #4-seed Benedictine College
  • Zach Baker was named First Team All-Conference for the second time in his career
  • The Cougars scored the second most team goals in program history against Missouri Valley College with 25
  • Win over (RV) Benedictine College during regular season in overtime, 11-10

  • Andrew Stapf - HAAC Defensive Player of the Week (March 31)

  • Lost to #3-seed Benedictine College, 17-8
