COLUMBIA, Mo. – The Columbia College women's soccer team faced the Wildcats from Bethel University Friday evening at home.
In a back and forth contest, the Cougars ended up falling short 1-0.
The Cougars controlled much of the play with with nine total shots and eight corner kicks.
Bleda Beto and Izzy Cole led the charge for the Cougars with two shots a piece.
Goalkeeper Natalie Allison made three saves in the loss.
The Cougars hit the road for their next match on Saturday, Sept.13 against (RV) University of Science and Arts at 5:00 p.m.
