2014: Played in all 41 matches for the Cougars…Ranked No. 19 in the nation in total kills (473)…Led the team with 473 kills (3.28 K/G) and finished second on the team with 490 digs (3.40 D/G) while also finishing second on the team in serving percentage at 0.900…had 10 or more kills in 27 matches, including a season-high 19 vs. Evangel on Sept. 2…Had 10 or more digs in 24 matches, including a career high 28 digs vs. Indiana Wesleyan on Aug. 22…Named American Midwest Conference Player of the Week and awarded National Player of the Week...Earned First Team All-AMC honors and was awarded Second Team All-American honors… Was an AMC Academic All-Conference and NAIA Scholar-Athlete recipient… Named to the Capital One Academic All-District Second Team. 

2013: Medical Redshirt season ... AMC All-Academic team selection and NAIA Scholar-Athlete

2012: Earned First Team All-AMC honors and was also named an honorable mention NAIA All-American in her first season with the Cougars...ranked second on the team with 400 kills (3.2/set), fourth with 304 digs, and led the team in serving percentage at .919

2010-2011: Attended Jefferson College in Hillsboro, Mo. where she was a first team all-conference, all-region and NJCAA All-American player as well as being named the Region 16 Player of the Year. She led Region 16 with 358 kills and 281 digs during her sophomore year and helped her team to the region championship and an 11th place finish at NJCAA Nationals...Was a member of Phi Theta Kappa and the Dean's List while at Jefferson as well

Prep: Attended Scott City High School...Collected first team all-state, all-region, all-district and all-conference honors. She was named the 2009 Southeast Missourian Player of the Year and the Standard Democrat Player of the Year. She also helped lead her squad to a Class 2A State Championship in 2009 after being the runner-up in 2008. Off the court, she was a National Honor Society honoree and the student council president...graduated 3rd in her senior class

Personal: Daughter of Keith and Teresa Simpson...plans to major in Accounting and Finance...chose Columbia College for its solid reputation in both academics and athletics
