Meg Goddard

Meg Goddard was named as the associate head coach for the Columbia College men’s and women’s soccer teams in the fall of 2022, having spent six years as the assistant coach for the Cougars.
 
Goddard returns to Columbia College after spending the 2015 season as the graduate assistant for the women’s soccer program at Ottawa University.  During Goddard’s time at Ottawa University, the Braves were 14-4, co-conference KCAC champions and ranked as high as No. 18 nationally. Goddard assisted with all aspects of coaching, administration, and recruiting.
 
Outside of coaching at the college level, Goddard also coached a U9 and U11 club teams with Sporting Kaw Valley. She was recognized as the Academy Coach of the Year and Club Coach of the Month in May 2016. She has worked many summer camps including Kansas ODP, Olathe High School, Kaw Valley, Rush Junior kickers and Columbia College summer camp. Goddard has her National D license as well as her NSCAA Level 1 & 2 goalkeeping license.
 
Goddard completed her undergraduate degree in business administration at Columbia College in 2014. She was a member of the women's soccer team and was team captain during the 2012 and 2013 seasons.  She helped the team to their first conference championship and first appearance in the national tournament. Goddard completed her graduate degree in business administration in May of 2017 from Ottawa University.
