Alexis Uffmann

Alexis Uffmann is in her second year as a Graduate Assistant for the Columbia College Women’s Basketball Team. In her first year, Coach Uffmann was the guard’s position coach, an academic advisor, a recruiting coordinator, responsible for player development workouts, in charge of the team’s social media presence, and conducted and presented multiple scouting reports throughout the course of the season. She is a member of the WBCA and in 2019 attended the prestigious “So You Want to Be A Coach” program hosted by the WBCA in Tampa, Florida during the NCAA Women’s Final Four.   

Coach Uffmann is an alumni of Columbia College and the Columbia College Women’s Basketball Team (2015-19). During her basketball career at CC, Uffmann was a three-year team captain. She was named Academic All-Conference four times. Following her senior year she was named to the Academic All-Conference Team and named a Daktronics Scholar Athlete. She finished her career 9th all-time in assists in the CC Women’s Basketball record books and holds the single-game assist record with 14 in a game, while also being a member of the Columbia College Century Club (110-24).

In April of 2019, Uffmann graduated from Columbia College with her Bachelor of Science Degree in Sport’s Management and Business Administration, along with a minor in Secondary Business Education. She is currently seeking her Master of Business Administration. She graduated from John F. Hodge High School in Saint James, Missouri in 2015 where her family still resides.
