Lauren Robb enters her first season as the Columbia College Women's Soccer Head Coach Fall 2025.
After serving seven years at the helm of the William Woods University (Mo.) women's soccer program, Robb will take the reins as the second head coach in program history.
While at William Woods, Robb accumulated a record of 70-48-13. The two-time American Midwest Conference (AMC) Coach of the Year, has coached 38 All-AMC performers, while also making an appearance at the NAIA National Tournament.
"I am honored and excited to accept the position of Women's Soccer Coach at Columbia College," said Robb. "I want to extend my sincere gratitude to Cindy and the entire hiring committee for this great opportunity. I also want to take a moment to thank the staff and players at William Woods who played a significant role in helping me become the coach I am today."
Before taking the head position at William Woods, the Columbia, Mo. native served as the assistant women's soccer coach at Northern Oklahoma Junior College (2016-18) and as the assistant varsity coach at Hickman High School (2015-16).

Lauren is passionate about soccer and we are confident she will continue to elevate the program and it's student athletes for years to come."
Robb graduated from Central Methodist University (Mo.) ('12) where she played four seasons for the Eagles soccer program. She also obtained her Master of Education ('14) from Central Methodist while serving as graduate assistant for the women's soccer program.
