Box Score Columbia, Mo. - The Cougar men's soccer team suffered a 1-0 shutout loss to Lindenwood University-Belleville on Wednesday night at R. Marvin Owens Soccer Stadium. Columbia drops to 9-5-3 with the defeat, while the Lynx improve to 11-3-2 on the year.
The lone goal of the contest came in the 13
th minute of the opening period as Lindenwood-Belleville's Cesar Acosta found the back of the net from 10 yards out. The Cougars outshot the Lynx 12-5 in the first half and 18-11 for the game, but were unable to come up with an equalizer as Lindenwood-Belleville held on for the shutout.

Brady Wulff each had one save in goal for Columbia.
Wednesday night also marked the final regular season home game for seven Cougar men's players as seniors

th when they travel to conference foe Hannibal-LaGrange University (9-5-1, 6-3-0 AMC). Match time is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. in Hannibal, Mo.
