Columbia, Mo. – The Cougar men's soccer team played their first scoreless double overtime tie this season against William Woods University. Columbia moves to 5-3-2 on the season and 3-1-1 in AMC play, while the Owls move to 8-1-2 and 3-1-1 in league play.

Columbia posted an 18-15 shot advantage in the match, including a 10-4 edge in shots on goal.

Daniel Ainsworth notched four saves on the night.

The Cougars will return home to host AMC foe Missouri Baptist University on Saturday, October 11^th. The game is set for a 3:30 p.m. start at R. Marvin Owens Soccer Stadium.
