Box Score The Columbia Cougar volleyball squad posted a 3-0 victory over conference opponent Lyon College today by scores of 25-16, 25-6, and 25-10. The win improves the Cougars to 31-4 overall and 9-2 in American Midwest Conference (AMC) play, while the Scots drop to 12-19 on the year and 4-6 in league play.

NAIA Player of the Week Brooke Simpson and Manon Soraru led the match with eight kills apiece while Simpson chipped in a match high seven digs. Lydie van Deursen led all player with 24 assists and nine aces.

The Cougars will wrap up regular season play Thursday November 6^th when they host Freed-Hardeman University. Match time is set for 7:00 p.m. in the Arena of Southwell Complex.
