The Cougars tallied their eighth straight sweep as they defeated the Lynx (25-12, 25-16, 25-18). The Cougars now improve to 13-1 on the season and 3-0 in conference play.

Prior to the game, the NAIA national office announced the second regular season Women's Volleyball Coaches Top 25 Poll. The Cougars remained at number three after sweeping their last seven matches since the first regular season poll came out.

With momentum in the Cougars favor after set one, they started off the second with a 9-3 lead. Midway through, the Lynx were looking to chip their way back in as they trailed 15-7, but Columbia continued to cruise locking in a 25-16 win to lead the match 2-0.

The Cougars jumped to a quick 6-2 lead to start the third. The Lynx made a run at the end cutting the score 23-18, but Columbia snatched the final two points to secure their eighth straight sweep with a score of 25-18.
