Columbia, Mo. – This afternoon, the Columbia College men's basketball team continued their win streak in the Arena of Southwell Complex as they hosted the Lyon College Scots from Batesville, Arkansas in another AMC contest. The Cougars defeated the Scots 65-57 and move to 12-7 on the season and 7-4 in conference play.

Adam Mennemeyer only needed three-points to hit his career 1,000
th point, which he made early on in the first half. He went on to score another 20 points to put him in 26
th place overall in the Columbia College career scoring record books.
The Cougars used their momentum from their previous games as they took the lead right from the beginning and only allowed the Scots to tie the game once before taking control once again to end the first half with a five-point lead.
The Scots put the pressure on the Cougars, going on a 15-2 run for their first lead of the game, but Columbia used the crowd energy for an epic comeback, not missing a single shot after tying the game at 53 to claim another AMC win.
