Columbia, Mo. – The Columbia Cougars were back on the court tonight, hosting the Hornets of Harris-Stowe State University. The Cougars swept the Hornets 3-0, moving to 6-1 on the season and 2-0 in the AMC.

Luisa Ferreira. Columbia hit .63 percent, which was the highest of the match.

Camila Espejo put the Cougars up 9-3, and from there it was all Columbia. The Cougars took their largest lead of the match, 16 points to secure the set.
Set 3: Columbia 25 | Harris-Stowe 17
Two aces and a kill put the Cougars up 3-0 and they did not look back. Columbia went up by as many as 15 points to take the win against the Hornets.
