Columbia, Mo. – The 15
th ranked women's basketball ball team hosted the St. Louis College of Pharmacy (Mo.) Eutectics in another conference matchup tonight. Columbia was dominant in this contest, defeating the Eutectics 84-45 to improve to 22-5 on the season and 18-3 in conference play.
Columbia kept things interesting in the first quarter allowing St. Louis College of Pharmacy to stay with them up until the final three minutes when Columbia found their rhythm and went on a roll. The Cougars more than tripled the Eutectics points in the second quarter keeping them below ten while scoring 30 themselves for the 33-point advantage at the break.
Columbia kept complete control of the rest of the game staying consistent offensively to extend their lead by 39-points for the win.
