B3 (CC) – Dalton Bealmer led off the inning with a double, moved to third on a ground out and scored on an RBI single by Randle. (CC 4, HSSU 5)

Game 1 Turning Point
After a lead-off walk to start the top of the fifth inning, the Cougars turned a 3-6-3 double play to end the inning. Columbia would score the first run of the game in the bottom of the inning.
Game 2 Turning Point
With the bases loaded in the top of the ninth inning, Conner Darnell struck out Alek Sierra to end the inning and keep the score tied.
Game 1 Individual Leaders
Chris Wall tossed a no-hitter while striking out 16 of the 22 batters faced. Kenny Piper, Brad Prebay, Justin Randle and Jarett Newell had one RBI each, while Randle and Newell had two hits apiece.
Game 2 Individual Leaders
The Cougars banged out 14 hits, led by Dalton Bealmer and Justin Randle with three hits each. Randle drove in four runs, including the game-winner in the bottom of the ninth. Conner Darnell earned the win, tossing one inning, striking out one, and not allowing a run.
