Columbia, Mo. – The Columbia College baseball team swept a doubleheader against Williams Baptist on Thursday.

B2 – The Cougars scored three unearned runs, thanks to three errors. (CC 3, WBU 0)
B5 – Kellen Williamson scored a run on another Eagle error. (CC 4, WBU 0)
T6 – The Eagles hit two home runs (CC 4, WBU 2)
B6 – Kenny Piper scored from second on a deep sac fly from Dalton Bealmer. (CC 5, WBU 2)

B1 – Columbia scored three runs on three hits and was helped by two Eagle errors. (CC 3, WBU 0)
T2 – An RBI single gave the Eagles their first run of the game (CC 3, WBU 1)
B5 – Three Williams Baptist errors led to five Cougar runs. (CC 8, WBU 1)
B6 – Dalton Bealmer, Justin Randle and Braden Desonia (CC 11, WBU 1)
T7 – The Eagles scored a two-out run (CC 11, WBU 2)
B8 – Desonia gave the Cougars the run rule walk off with an RBI single, scoring Braden Desonia. (CC 12, WBU 2)

Game 1 Individual Leaders
Chris Wall picked up the win, tossing a complete-game, allowing just two runs and striking out 13 hitters. Brad Prebay led the team with two hits, while Kenny Piper drove in two runs.

Game 2 Individual Leaders
JP Schneider went five innings, earning the win. He allowed one unearned run, striking out six and walked three. Braden Desonia led the Cougars with three hits, while Dalton Bealmer, Kendrick Delima, Duffin Makings and David Dell added two hits apiece.
