Walnut Ridge, Ark. – The No. 20-ranked Columbia College volleyball team extended their win streak to ten games with a 3-0 sweep against Williams Baptist (Ark.). The Cougars improve to 17-4 on the season and 3-0 in the American Midwest Conference (AMC), while the Eagles fall to 0-15 overall and 0-1 in AMC play.
The ten-game win streak is the longest for CC since 2019.

Set 1: Columbia 25 | Williams Baptist 13
The Eagles jumped out to a 6-4 lead in the first set before a 4-1 run gave CC the 10-7 advantage. The Cougars would not trail the rest of the set as they rattled off the set's final seven points. Ellie Rockers had three kills in those last seven points.
Set 2: Columbia 25 | Williams Baptist 19
That momentum carried over to the second set, as CC got out to an 8-5 lead. A Williams Baptist attack error gave CC a seven-point advantage (17-10), which was followed by a quick 3-0 run from the Eagles. Williams Baptist continued to chip away at the lead and got to within two points (19-17), but the Cougars responded with six of the final eight points to take the set.
Set 3: Columbia 25 | Williams Baptist 8
The final set was no contest. CC used three kills from Beyza Bektasoglu during a 9-0 run to jump out to an 11-3 lead. The Cougars had three runs of at least 4-0 in set three. The Cougars held the Eagles to a -0.257 attacking percentage in the set, allowing just one kill on 35 total attacks.
