Columbia, Mo. - The Columbia College volleyball team swept the Trojans of Hannibal-LaGrange University tonight in the Arena of Southwell Complex to remain unbeaten in American Midwest Conference play.
Columbia is now 47-0 all-time against HLGU and has not dropped a set in the matchup since 2010.
With an overall record of 19-10 and a conference record of 8-0, the Cougars will be put to the test tomorrow as they host the other undefeated AMC team in that of the Missouri Baptist University Spartans.
The Cougars led in every statistical category tonight against the Trojans: kills (42-20), service aces (7-2), blocks (4-0), assists (41-16), and digs (35-27).
