COLUMBIA, Mo. - The (RV) Columbia College women's soccer played to a 1-1 tie with Harris-Stowe State University (Mo.) on Saturday afternoon at home, moving to 7-4-2 overall and 2-0-1 in American Midwest Conference (AMC).

Madeleine Shylanski gave the Cougars an early lead in the 20th minute, finishing off an assist from Hannah Shylanski for her fourth goal of the season. Columbia controlled much of the play, outshooting the visitors 14-5 and holding a 6-1 advantage in corner kicks.

Harris-Stowe equalized in the 73rd minute, which was the final goal of the game. Goalkeeper Natalie Allison made three saves in the draw.
Columbia returns to action on October 21st for a road matchup against Hannibal-LaGrange University (Mo.). Kick off is set for 1:00 p.m.
