Box Score Hannibal, Mo. - The Cougar women's soccer team closed out the regular season with a 4-0 shutout victory at American Midwest Conference (AMC) opponent Hannibal-LaGrange University on Saturday afternoon. Columbia improves to 13-2-1 and 9-1 in league play on the year with the win, while also clinching the AMC regular season championship and home-field advantage throughout the AMC Postseason Tournament.

The Cougars got on the board just over ten minutes into the first half as MacKenzie Knepper netted her 14^th goal of the season. Tori Magaletta made it 2-0 in favor of Columbia with a score in the 35^th minute and the Cougars took the two-goal advantage into the halftime break. Lauren Beishir and Stephanie Hale each added a goal during the final period and the Columbia defense limited the Trojans to just five shots for the game on their way to their league-leading 11^th shutout of the year.

Erica Ramirez posted two saves on the day to pick up the win in goal for the Cougars.
