Walnut Ridge, Ark. – The 8^th ranked Cougar Volleyball team won their tenth straight match tonight, defeating conference opponent Williams Baptist College 3-0 (25-23, 25-14, 25-21). The victory improves the Cougars to 30-4 overall and 8-2 in American Midwest Conference (AMC) play while the Eagles drop to 17-11 on the year and 6-3 in league play.

Manon Soraru and Paula Rosa led the match with 11 kills each while Brooke Simpson added 10 kills. Rosa also had a team high 11 digs and setter Lydie van Deursen had a match high 43 assists. Soraru finished with a .643 hitting efficiency to pace the Cougar offense.

The Cougar volleyball squad will return to the court tomorrow November 1^st when they travel to Batesville, Ark. to take on conference foe Lyon College. The match time is set for 1:00 p.m.
