Columbia, Mo. – The National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics (NAIA) announced the 2020 Division I Men's Basketball All-America teams today. For the Columbia College Cougars, senior Justin Shaw was named to the NAIA All-America Honorable Mention Team.
Shaw played and started in all 32 contests this past season. He averaged 11.2 (358) points and 5.9 (190) rebounds per game, while leading the team in assists and steals averaging 3.25 (104) and 1.50 (48) respectively. Across NAIA Division I, he finished ranked 40th in total steals. He had a career high 22 points against Central Baptist on March 6th, and earlier in the season against Central Baptist a career high 14 rebounds on January 16th. In addition, he tied his career high seven assists twice throughout the season. Shaw shot 41 percent from the field, 24 percent from three, and 74 percent from the line in his senior campaign.
